The booking form asks for your name and mobile or WhatsApp number. Email is optional. It also records the chosen service, resources, session time and duration, and booking total. Online bookings do not collect free-text notes.
Xerom uses these details to create, find and manage your reservation. Staff may use your contact details to follow up about it. Booking records are kept in private Google Calendar resources used by Xerom staff. Staff may add operational notes when managing a reservation. The website does not currently send email confirmations.
Cloudflare hosts the website and provides security and bot checks. Google Calendar stores the booking record. Booking names, contact details, booking IDs, dates, times and resource selections are not sent to analytics.
